Update February 2009 Panama Advisory International Group

I have formally opened our office in Panama and we are residing here full time. While I continue to be of service to my clients in the USA, I am quickly developing new relationships here in Panama. I am proud to announce my partnership with a good friend, I Roberto Eisenmann III. Roberto is the eldest grandson of Coronado’s founder. Roberto’s father, I. Roberto Eisenmann, Jr. , a businessman and banker with no prior experience in newspaper publishing, founded La Prensa in 1980. The newspaper became a courageous voice against Torrijos-Noriega’s dictatorial regime, whose government three times shut it down. It is now “the” newspaper of Panama and is in partnership with the Miami Herald. Roberto III chaired the family’s Coronado Beach board until 2007, leaving behind 25 years of leading the family business where he gained intimate knowledge of land acquisition and resort development and went independent founding The Eisenmann Companies – a boutique-type firm specializing in high net worth investor representation. He holds a MBA from INCAE, MAEX IX - Panamá, August, 1999 and a BA from Babson College, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. May, 1984. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Panama, and Member of A.C.O.B.I.R.

Here in Panama, we have some exciting opportunities for existing income producing properties as well as development opportunities ranging from beachfront resort communities to office and hotel properties located in the financial district of the Panama CBD. We are welcoming some of our investors who are visiting us here to see firsthand how this dynamic country continues to grow with a GDP in excess of 8% and projections that point to continued resiliency this year. While the construction sector for high rise residential will slow, other sectors continue to grow with the expansion of the Panama Canal, The Colon Free Trade Zone that is the second largest in the World to Hong Kong, development of new Hydro Electric projects, the main source of power here in Panama and future Refineries that will open up growth in regions that are remote from the City.

We welcome you to visit our site so that you may know more about us and how we would welcome the opportunity to be of service to you in this new frontier and land where we were born.

Regards,

Tom Brymer
